Exploring Color and Pattern in 5th Grade Art! 🎨🖌️✨
Our 5th-grade artists kicked off an exciting multi-phase mixed-media collage project with art teacher Mr. Soto!. Students applied the Zentangle Method to create intricate, patterned designs. Each artist selected a custom color scheme using 3 to 4 distinct colors and incorporated advanced techniques, including shading, blending, and media layering. 🎨✨

Working in small groups, students participated in the "Ball-on-Cone Challenge," where they had to transport a ball across the gym floor and carefully balance it on the top of a cone. The catch? Their success required clear communication, steady hands, and active cooperation from every single team member! 🤝🎯
