Sign-up Forms were sent home in Report Card envelopes January 22nd. Please send the completed form back to school with your student on January 25th. Your appointment time will be sent home with your child Tuesday, Feb 9th (if there was no delay in turning the form in).
We try our best to schedule your appointment as close to your requested time as possible. If we are unable to schedule a time for you, the teacher will hold a phone confernce with you.
