Primary Method

  1. Hold your Promethean Pen over, but do not touch, the ‘flame’ button in the upper left corner of the Activboard until you hear a beep.
  2. The calibration screen should appear. It will ask you to press your pen between 5 cross hairs it projects onto your board. Be careful to not press any cross hair twice or you will have to recalibrate your board.

Alternate Method

  1. From your computer hold down the “Control” button and click on either your desktop or any folder.
  2. In the menu that appears select “More”
  3. Select “Calibrate Activboard” in the list that appears.
  4. Go to your Activboard: The calibration screen should appear. It will ask you to press your pen between 5 cross hairs it projects onto your board. Be careful to not press any cross hair twice or you will have to recalibrate your board.

Note: The more accurately you complete the calibration, the more accurate your board will be during regular use.
