The following steps show how you can change your building and room number in WebHelpDesk. This process should just take a minute and it greatly helps us to organize our efforts to fix issues. 1. SIgn in to WebHelpDesk as usual at help.d102.org
2. On the page where you would normally create a ticket, choose the option that says "Profile."
3. On the profile page update your "Location" (Building) and "Room". Then, select "Save." Note: You will be unable to change your phone extension.
