Promethean ActivBoards - Common Issues and Solutions

1) My promethean won't calibrate / my computer doesn't recognize my board

Notes: The steps outline on this page will fix 90% of Promethean issues.

2) Sound will not come out of my promethean board

Notes: Be sure that the volume on the side of the board is turned all the way up.

3) My projector sounds like an airplane

Notes: Cleaning your projector filter will make your Projector last longer, run quieter, and work better.

4) I can't bring up an on screen keyboard anymore

Notes: This is an unfortunate side effect of the summer update.

5) ActivInspire doesn't look right 

Notes: ActivPrimary and ActivStudio were combined into ActivInspire. You can have ActivInspire look like either of the former programs.
