Download and install the newest version of Firstclass 11.42

Symptoms include: Crashing!!!

 Prerequisite:

From the top of your Firstclass menu select "About Firstclass Client"

If the update reads version 11.03 or less you will need to update

Step 1 Download and install the newest version from the link below

Macintosh Program Download

Once downloaded navigated to the mounted drive and click the installer

A box will appear asking you if you are sure you want to open the application click open

The Introduction box will launch click -  Continue

The License box will launch click -  Continue

The agreement box will launch click -  continue then agree

Once done quit and the installer will exit.

relaunch Firstclass

From the top of your Firstclass menu select "About Firstclass Client"
