Kevin Cheng immersed himself into many opportunities
that Aptakisic Junior High has to offer including the science fair,
National Junior Honor Society, Scholastic Bowl, Student Newspaper Club,
Art Club, Yearbook Club, and as stage crew/student director in the
school play. Kevin also taps into his leadership skills by serving in
student council. He has a 4.0 grade point average and is a member of the
AJHS Orchestra and Sforzando Strings groups and participated in the
Solo/Ensemble Contest.
Catherine Pastuovic not only strives for
excellence with a 4.0 grade point average, but also takes a leadership
role through her participation in the PALS program (Peers Achieving and
Leading to Success) and as an after school peer tutor for other
students. In addition, she participated in cross country, girls
volleyball, and chorus, as well asa competitor in the solo/ensemble
contest. She is a member of the National Junior Honor Society and
through these experiences, she works to better the AJHS community of
learners.
